Paramedic service provider Pirkanmaan Sairaankuljetus Oy joined Med Group Companies

Pirkanmaan Sairaankuljetus Ltd became part of Med Group companies through a company acquisition. The company provides public paramedic services in the cities of Tampere and Parkano and in the municipality of Kuru with six ambulance units. The company name will change to Med Group Pirkanmaa Ltd. The founder Mika Wallenius will continue his work as the head of local operations.

”This acquisition expands Med Group's geographical coverage. Now Med Group and its subsidiaries has activities in the area of four university hospitals. We want to serve our new customers in Tampere area even better than before. Med Group will continue to develop services in every district”, says Med Group's CEO Kustaa Piha.

Med Group on has launched a regular and high quality emergency medicine training calender for its personell. All the instructors are medical doctors and they work in the field of EMS.
