Paramedic service provider Pekka Etelä Ltd joined Med Group Companies

Private paramedic service provider Pekka Etelä Ltd became a part of Med Group Companies through a company acquisition. The company provides public paramedic services in Kempele, Oulunsalo and Oulu region with four ambulance units. The company name will change to Med Group Oulunseutu. Previous entrepreneur will step aside and Klaus Leppiaho, will begin his position as a person in charge.

”Pekka Etelä Ltd has a very good reputation and it is respected and well-managed private paramedic company. It is a pleasure to continue company's excellent work", says the CEO of Med Group Ltd, Kustaa Piha.

"The change in ownership doesn't affect much Pekka Etelä's daily service activities. The service continues like previously. Naturally we will continue together company development, for example by creating a structured personnel education plan. Some new investment are will be also ahead", says Mr. Piha.
